		<description>This is exactly what our leaders are doing now. They don&#039;t produce anything. Lots of bickering among the party lines without any results. Fire them all and get new blood and innovative ideas on the table. Cut off most of their perks which is drainging tax payers money.</description>

I have given up sugar and white flour. Just that alone resulted in a 17 lb. weight loss in 7 days.  People just don&#039;t realize the effects and danger of sugar and what it does to their system long-term.  A friend of my died at 40 years old from cancer.  She started eating much better once diagnosed; but the doctor told her that he couldn&#039;t undo the 20 years of bad eating that she put upon herself - mainly sugar.
